A Van-Go birthday party is more than just a fun-filled celebration. It’s a meaningful, joyful experience that brings children back to the heart of creative self-expression and play, powered by our vintage VW mobile studio.
Van-Go birthday parties are built around art, play, and connection. We bring the activities to you and guide your little guests through open-ended art experiences, sensory activities, and movement-based play.
Whether indoors or outdoors, the focus stays on making, experimenting, and having fun together, without pressure of screens. Art projects are process-based, so no two children will create the same piece!
Children are invited to engage with the stations at their own pace and interest. Some children will bounce from station to station, while others may want to stay with just one. We never push children to participate, but rather invite them in to engage as they please. Parents and caregivers are welcome to join their child in the activities if desired.

Our birthday parties are designed for toddlers through elementary-aged children. We are happy to discuss what an older child’s party could look like.
Yes! We offer a variety of our own specialty themes, and we’re also happy to create a custom theme tailored specifically to your child’s party.
We currently travel within 50 miles of area code 10510 (Briarcliff Manor, NY). This includes Westchester, Rockland, Fairfield and Putnam, among others.
Because Van-Go is fully mobile, we come directly to you! Parties can take place at your home, a community location (such as a park or youth center), or a private event venue. We can set up indoors or outdoors – wherever works best for your celebration. If you need help finding an indoor location, just ask!
Yes, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party slot.
We believe that art is a lifeline for joy, healing, and resilience. With every paid booking, a portion of the funds are directed toward providing free or low-cost art programming in the community.

After you’ve filled out the booking request form, a team member will reach out to you to discuss your event. We’ll create a customized party proposal for you based on your theme, child’s age, and interests.
From there, we’ll send you our Party Agreement and invoice for the deposit. A few days prior to the party, we’ll reach out for a final headcount and the balance is due.
