Have a large group event coming up and want to draw families in, or have something extra special for the kids attending? Let us host your Kids Zone! Van-Go supports family-friendly business and community events by creating dedicated art and play spaces.

Whether indoors or outdoors, we roll up and roll out art and play stations that spark kids’ curiosity and imaginations. We bring a wholesome, family-friendly, easy-going atmosphere anywhere that children gather.

How We Work At Large Group Events

We arrive early with our mobile art and play studio and set up a dedicated area with multiple stations for open participation. We can bring our tables or use yours, depending on the event space. For indoor events, we bring floor coverings to protect from any unwanted messes. Not sure about how much space we need?

We can set up as small as a single art table, or as large as 40ft x 40ft area. Stations are open-ended so kids can join in for a few minutes or a few hours! We love when parents, older siblings, grandparents, and other caregivers join in the fun too!

Our presence allows families to stay and enjoy events longer while kids get the opportunity to create and play! When the event is over, we clean up all of our materials and roll out, leaving no trace behind.

What is Van-Go Wagon Co.?

We’re a mobile art and play studio operating out of a wonderfully retro VW Vanagon, bringing creativity directly to kids at birthday parties, business events, festivals and beyond. Every paid event helps fund free mobile outreach to kids in our local communities and beyond.

We currently travel within 50 miles of area code 10510 (Briarcliff Manor, NY). This includes Westchester, Rockland, Fairfield and Putnam, among others.

Yes. We bring materials, manage the experience, and handle cleanup so your team does not need to supervise.

Most activations are designed for toddlers through elementary-aged children. Activities are flexible so kids can join at their comfort level.

We can adapt to a variety of footprints. We will talk through space needs during booking to make sure the setup works for your location.
