Our Seasonal and Special Event Offerings

Seasonal events can mark a moment, a milestone, or simply a time to gather. We help shape art and play experiences that fit the season, the setting, and the group. Here are a few ideas:

School Milestones

  • Preschool, kindergarten, and moving-up ceremonies

Special Event Party Packages

All parties include:

  • 3 curated stations: Art, Sensory or Science, and Play
  • 1-2 instructors (based on number of guests and ages)
  • Carefully guided time for up to 15 guests
  • Age-appropriate activities for ages 1-12
  • Stations based on holiday/event theme (ex: pumpkin painting, ornament making, hot cocoa sensory bin, Valentine-making, etc.)
  • Special musical playlist
  • Support transitioning guests from activities to food/dessert
  • A portion of proceeds are paid forward for accessible art experiences for all

The Signature Van-Go Experience Package: $750

  • 60-75 mins of interactive activities
  • Our vintage VW mobile art studio on-site (if outdoors)

The Wagon Mini Party Package: $550

  • 45-60 mins of interactive activities

Add-Ons Available

  • Additional guests ($30/child)
  • Additional stations, like treat decorating or additional art projects
  • Extended party time
  • Handmade party favors

What is Van-Go Wagon Co.?

We’re a mobile art and play studio operating out of a wonderfully retro VW Vanagon, bringing creativity directly to kids at birthday parties, schools, festivals and beyond. Every paid event helps fund free mobile outreach to kids in our local communities and beyond.

We offer seasonal parties for families, schools, and community groups, along with participation in larger public events and festivals.

Some do, depending on space and event type. We also offer mobile setups without the van when needed.

We currently travel within 50 miles of area code 10510 (Briarcliff Manor, NY). This includes Westchester, Rockland, Fairfield and Putnam, among others.

Most of our programs are designed for toddlers through elementary-aged children, but we also offer workshops for adults and intergenerational groups.
